Co-Chairs of the Shuswap Hospital Foundation Charity Open Golf Tournament, Bob Burechailo and Rick Roberts, were very pleased to be able to present the new Sonosite Ultrasound for the Intensive Care Unit at Shuswap Lake General Hospital. Dr. Scott McKee, Chief of Staff, Sarah Reid, Manager of Clinical Operations and Jo Ann Tighe RN, Patient Care Coordinator for ICU where extremely happy to receive this vital piece of equipment as the previous ultrasound machine was no longer able to function. The Sonosite ultrasound is part of the Cardiac Diagnostic Upgrade which was to be supported by funds raised through our 2020 Charity Open. Although this tournament has now been postponed, the Foundation is committed to funding this upgrade and donors such as Hillside Toyota have stepped forward to help with a donation to the Cardiac Diagnostic Upgrade…..Thank You to Hillside Toyota.
